Welcome

The Crabshell Inn is gloriously situated on the quayside, and with its south westerly aspect basks in the sun all day. Our menu is full of local favourites with plenty of seafood, as you’d expect, daily changing specials, the locally renowned pizzas and a fantastic array of salads in the Zest Deli.

Family friendly

Watch the to and fro of estuary life, whilst taking time to enjoy the well-prepared and full of flavour choices on our menu.

Life & good times

That is our motto – to enjoy the joys of Devon and welcome you to our humble place on the quay, where you will find the atmosphere relaxed and the team waiting to welcome you.

Our very own gin!

Introducing the InGin…

The GIN-TESSENCE of the Crabby! Full of beautiful botanicals and a bit of ria magic: Lemon, rosemary, cardamom and hints of seaweed, well… we are on the water’s edge after all, and just love a splash every now and then.

This delightful new spirit is serving at the bar now and available in, quite gorgeous, 70cl bottles for £37.00 to take home. Why not try a glass the next time you’re in and say “chin, chin” to the InGin.
